Cognitive Hypnotherapy isn't about swinging watches or reading from a "one size fits all" script. It's about understanding you and why you do what you do. Whatever that is. Whether it's something you no longer want to do, but can't stop yourself? A fear? Feeling stuck? Or perhaps your mind is holding you back from something?
However large or small, change is possible, sometimes so simply and quickly.

There is no one approach that suits everyone. Evidence emerging from Neuroscience suggest our brains are pliable, beliefs and thoughts can be changed. (It may not always be easy, but it's possible).
Everyone experiences things differently. Using Evidence Based Therapy*, which incorporates the latest ideas for positive change from Neuroscience, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, I will tailor an effective and lasting approach that suits your needs.

*An Evidence-Based Approach
Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (QCH) launched a unique research project in 2011. Using a team of QCH therapists, clients with anxiety and depression were assessed using the same outcome measures currently used to assess the effectiveness of talking therapies within the NHS. The pilot study was published in the Mental Health Review Journal in 2015. It recorded that, using 118 cases measuring the effectiveness of Cognitive Hypnotherapy for the treatment of depression and anxiety, 71% considered themselves recovered after an average of 4 sessions. This compared to an average of 42% for other approaches using the same measures (like CBT). To our knowledge, this is the only hypnotherapy approach to have been validated in this way.
