1. Arrange a free telephone consultation where you can get all your questions answered and decide if you want to go ahead.
2. When you go ahead and book, I will design a session especially for you based on the information you have given me (your triggers and reasons to smoke are unique to you, so it's important to tailor your session for your needs to help make permanent change) and will give you some tasks to do before we meet.
3. Our session. We work together on line for a period of about 2.5 hours. (Although, shorter session can be as equally effective.)
4. Start living smoke free! Your body is amazing and starts to heal immediately. As the nicotine leaves your body over the next few days, the Carbon Monoxide you used to get from smoking disappears and oxygen begins to come back to your skin and body. You can begin to all those benefits of being able to breathe clearer and clearer.
Compared to most other Therapists, who charge by the Session, my fee may not be the lowest, but this is a very different approach. I require commitment from you. This is a premium service and level of support. It's important to me that you get the result you need. For that reason, if you do have a little "wobble", you can come back to me as many times as you need to, to be free of smoking for good, for an entire four months. (You will be reassured to know that for most people, this isn't needed, but sometimes challenges are thrown at us when we least expect it).
